The main thing that I have been doing since I graduated from college is coaching. First it was athletes and later on it has been more common people, but had to stop due to too much on the plate.
I recently opened up the opportunity for people to get me as their personal coach!

How do I coach and how do I create long lasting results that will blow your mind?
I have a 8 step formula that gurantee your success:
1. I will ask you to do physical assessments
2. You will do some bloodwork
3. I will interview you to make sure we are very specific
on our work together
4. We will set your very specific goals together
5. I will design a personal plan for you when it comes to exercise, nutrition, mental, sleep etc.
6. We will have an online meeting once a week
7. Checkpoints every month
8. Final assessments
This is a 6 month program
