What happens to your data.

Short version: this site sets no cookies and does not track you. The only thing collected is what you write in a form yourself.

Cookies: This site sets no cookies and uses no browser tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
What is collected: Call application: name, email address, phone number if given, the subject, your own text and the language you used. The guide and newsletter: first name and email address. The quiz: first name, email address, your answers and your result. Live event registration: name and email address. Every form also stores a one way hashed value derived from your IP address. It is used only to stop automated spam and cannot be turned back into your IP address.
Live events: If you register for a live event you are registered for the event on the course platform New Zenler, which sends the confirmation, link and reminders. The event itself is broadcast on Zoom. The data is used only for the event and follow up afterwards, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Why: The data is used to reply to you and to prepare a call. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a possible agreement. The guide, newsletter, quiz and live events are sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the link in every email. If you buy a programme the data is processed to perform the agreement, see the terms of purchase.
Who else sees it: The data is handled by the services that run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for the notification email sent when an application arrives, the course platform New Zenler for emails, live events, programmes and payments, and Zoom for live events and group sessions. The data is never sold and is not used for advertising.
Transfers outside the EU: Some of the services above are American and may process data outside the EU. Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The site's typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page opens.
How long: Applications are kept for twenty four months and then deleted. If you become a client, Swedish accounting law instead requires seven years for records relating to payments.
Your rights: You have the right to know what data is held about you, to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, to object to the processing and to receive it in a machine readable format. Write to the address above and you will have an answer within a month.
Complaints: If you are unhappy with how the data is handled you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
